🌳 The latest development for EUDR has not yet been enacted!

The published amendments to the EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) are not yet a legally adopted decision, but a proposal of the commission.

✅ The Commission has proposed to postpone the implementation date to 2026 and simplify some obligations, especially for small and micro enterprises, while for large enterprises, the date of 31 December 2025 has been proposed.

⚠️ However, this proposal must be approved by the European Parliament and Council to enter into force.

Therefore, it is of great importance for companies to accelerate strategic planning instead of slowing down the preparation process. EUDR compliance can be achieved through a well-structured process, not overnight.
